Landscaper – Fencing & Retaining Wall Specialist

Are you an experienced landscaper who takes pride in building things that last? We are looking for a reliable, skilled professional to join our team for upcoming projects focusing on new fencing and retaining walls.

We aren’t in a rush to hire just anyone—we’re looking for the right person who knows their way around a site and doesn't need their hand held.

The Details

• Role: Casual (with a 3-month initial period at a set rate).

• Pay: $33.75 per hour + Super.

• Overtime: Occasional OT (1–2 hours) available depending on the project stage.

• Schedule: Early starts for early finishes.

  • 6:00 AM Start

  • 2:00 PM – 2:30 PM Finish

  • 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Roughly 2+ years in landscaping (specifically structural work).

• Skills: Proven ability to install various types of fencing and construct sturdy, level retaining walls.

• Attitude: Reliable, punctual (that 6 AM start is non-negotiable), and a "get it done" mindset.

• Equipment: White card and basic PPE are a must.
